New Piercing!

Hey Guys!

I have a new Piercing!
One more.... I can't do anything about it I just can't stop!
I mean it's not a big deal it's just at my ear!
But it's still a new piercing! =)
I love it every time when I do a new one! I think it's just the tickling inside my belly right before you got the stitch!

People who have some or a tattoo know exactly what I'm talking about! Right?...

We are starting Deutsch!

Hey people!

Since Caden is here Laura wants me to speak German with the boys!
I mean it's no problem to speak German with baby Caden because he's just going to be bilingual!
But it is a lot of fun to speak in German with Champe because he's speaking so much for his age and he's just used to speak English! So I try to speak German to Champe but it's so funny when he's repeating my words all the time and when he's asking me tonnes of questions like:
"What's... in Germany?" And I have to say every word in German!!! =)
That's just amusing! hihihi

But ich liebe es Deutsch zu sprechen all the time! ;-)

Welcome Baby!

Yeah!
He's here!!! And we finally named him!
His name is Caden Sanders Mitchell, born at 11.02p.m. on September 26, 2007!
6 lb 7 oz. (ca.3 Kg)
19 inches (ca. 48 cm)

So cute! And everybody is happy and healthy!
That's the main thing but if you want to know the complete birth story then you have to look it up on Laura's Blog because this is her privilege!!! =)

Monkey-Party

Hey we had a great Monkey-Party for Champe with a huge Moon-bounce and a loooooot of Bananas!!!

Everybody had a great time and a lot of fun there it was perfect!
Every of his friends have been there and we all enjoyed the afternoon!
Even the Birthday cake, which was done by "Nena" (Todd's mum) was great! It took her 3 hours to do it!

And of course he got a lot of presents...by the way:
I have to say "thank you" to everybody because now we have a lot of new games to play together! =) So it's also fun for me!

And for the reason that it was a Monkey-Party we (Kirstin, David& Me) had to give him a Monkey-Costume!!! And he's really the cutest monkey I have ever seen in my life!!! Trust me...when you have seen this picture know exactly what I mean when I'm saying:" I loooooooove this boy!!!"

Surprise!!!

Hey! Do you know what?
I got my first big surprise Birthday Party!!!
Isn't that great?

I mean in former times it was usual that I planed my own parties and did all the organization and that stuff by my own and now I did nothing! It was just a big surprise and I really enjoyed it! =)
I really didn't expect that...it was so great because everybody was there!
All my friends that I know so far and the other German Au Pairs...just everybody who I like!
And also the presents were great...I got a "Redskins" t-shirt( the most famous football team around Washington) and matching earrings!!! =) Isn't that great?
From Kirstin and co. I got a lots of peanut butter sweets because I really love them...
AND:
I got the best Birthday cake in my live!!! It tasted soooooooo good! You wouldn't believe it!
So I was totally impressed and I say THANK YOU to everybody who was there and celebrated with me! I LOVE YOU!

I found my lost boyfriend! =)

Does anybody remember this guy guy???
Yes exactly! This is my sweet friend Janosch!
He left Germany a view years ago and left us alone...=(
BUT:
I'm not silly... I just went to America to meet him again! Isn't that clever? Hihihi
No, I'm joking!
I'm just very happy to be in contact with him again because he's one of the nicest and sweetest guys I have ever met in my live! Honestly!
My mum probably remembers him because she has the same opinion like me! ;)
So she knows what I'm talking about when I say: "hey! He's really cute and.....you know?!"

The bad thing is just that he's living in California! =(
So I have to fly there.... but I'm just going to go there for my vacations! *smile*
Isn't that a great Idea? Yeah....it is!

A day with Kevin!

Hey Guys!
Today I met my big American Brother from America! =)
Yeah Kevin!!!
We went to a Football game from his nephews and it was great!
It was exciting because now I understand the rules! *smile*

And after the game we went to the bay and it was so beautiful! You can just believe it when you have been there!
But I also have a picture for you!

So it was a really nice day and I'm looking forward to meet them again because I really want to see more of the country and DC and....
I just want to see everything!
I LOVE IT HERE!!!!

Silver Dinner!

Hey This is real American!
This is the "Silver Diners" and you just can real American food there!
This was the first restaurant my host-parents invited me to. That was on my first day in the US!
It was a great experience because now I know where to go if I want to eat really fat food! =)

We were there on Tuesday evening because on Tuesdays they have Kids-night! So it was a lot of fun for Coral and Champe to celebrate her birthday there again! (Coral had on 8 Sep.) She's three now ...
So it was great and I enjoy everything we do here! It's so crazy...even the less interesting things like going to the grocery-store or stuff like that are exciting for me! I have to laugh about myself because of that... =)
But that's one more thing I like about being here in the US... everyday is a little new adventure for me and I can't do anything about that! That's great!

The manicure was great! It was very exciting and a lot of fun!

And the Sushi was great! I really love it!
We also had Sushimi (just fish) but I liked it...
hmmmm...I like almost everything, don't I?
But that's me! =)
So it was a really great day and I had a lot of fun!

I do the really big Party next year, because that's gonna be really special here and I'm looking forward to it till now!!! Hihihi

The unforgettable Birthday-Story!!!

Ok Guys! Here it is.... this is the unforgettable Birthday-Story!

The evening started well... we (Carolin, Karolin, Heike& Me) went to the movie "Rush hour 3" and it was awesome! You guys don't even know what you're missing when you're going to watch all these movies in stupid German!!!



Anyway.... after that we went to a little Pub at Clarendon and it was great!
I got a Special-Birthday-dessert for free!!!
BUT:
When we went back to get our cars.... they were towed!!!
And we were totally confused like: " Ey man where is my car????" Damn!!!
And so we had to Call the Tow-Office to get them back and I had to wake up my Dad that we could get there.... man... And if that wouldn't be enough....nooooo!!!
I also had to pay 100 fucking Dollars to get the f**** car back!!!! How annoying is that???
So I'm really feeling bad and sorry for that!!! How embarrassing....
And by the way... HAPPY BIRTHDAY to myself!!! =)

Play dates! Hurra!

We had a play date at Coral's house today and the kids had a lot of fun there! They were playing by their own all the time!
And it was quite relaxing for us (Kelci, Kirstin & me) because we just had to have an eye on them...
So it was great! I really liked it! =)
But you know me... it doesn't matter what it is I like almost everything here!

Homesick? Noooooooo!!!!!!

Today when we went to preschool Laura suggested what we can do on my Birthday.
And she said that they want to celebrate my Birthday with me this Sunday (e.g. doing manicure for the nails and stuff... =) and in the evening going out for eating Sushi...and I really really love Sushi!) and also next Sunday!!!
But she didn't tell me what we're going to do next Sunday...damn! But I love surprises!
Isn't that great? I'm so excited about that!!!
And I know that it's going to be a lot of fun! Hihihi!

My first Baseball-game!

Hey People!
Today I went to my first Baseball game!
Washington Nationals(Jipie!) VS Florida Marlins(buhhh!)
and when you understood the rules it can be very interesting!
I mean... I wouldn't watch it on TV but if you're there and it's life it could be very exciting! Especially when you are from Germany and you never have seen one before! ;P

And Karolin, the German Au Pair that I like most of all, went with me and it was a lot of fun!!! As you can imagine!?

Homesick?!

Hey People!

I'm here in America and I miss you a bit...
Because as you know I have Birthday in a few days an usually I have had a big huge Birthday Party but now there's nothing... because I'm not at home with you! And I'm not in my Club where I used to do big Parties! But I hope that you're going to celebrate with my brother!
--> Don't forget him!!!!

By the way... this is me and two other Au Pairs from Germany! Just that you not going to forget me! =P

I'm in America!

My first impression here was: " I'm in a movie!!! I have to be...!"
Because everything was totally incredible for me!
But I have to say that I'm here in big America since almost one month and now I'm feeling more used to things that before!
