Today was Columbus Day and that meant: Holiday for Champe but not for me! =(
But Jill (Zander's mum) called and asked if we wanted to go to the Building museum and of course we wanted to!!!
So they picked us up and we went into DC!
So far so good....
We went in, over to the “Building Zone” for kids and there is a sign saying the room has reached it’s capacity and that it is closed!!! And it was not on their homepage before!!!
And there were t
wo guys standing at the door who said it’s actually closed for renovation so they can build a new play area and we understood that it would be open at 12:00pm! All right no problem...but apparently it was a misunderstanding and it will be open again on October/12!!!
So we had to find a alternative and got some play bags for the kids...
And they obviously really liked it!!!
So it was still a great day for all of us!!!^^
